Tassel Craft by Shirley Botsford is not a new book but I found a copy in Crafts Canada some months ago. The publisher is Distlefink Designs Inc., P.O. Box 358, Pelham, NY 10803. I paid 6.35 for my copy. It contains instructions for making a surprising number of tassels for pillow, belts, tie-back, key chains, bells, pictures, barrettes, earrings, etc. all in 20 pages. I had purchased an expenisve book, $35.00, which was quite complex and didn't give me half the variety this book gave me. it even has a yarn substitution chart! Hope you can find a copy.
